Vaaka backed Tietokeskus bolts on SystemaStore
Vaaka Partners' Finnish portfolio company Tietokeskus, an IT infrastructure provider, has acquired Finland-based IT supplier SystemaStore.
The acquisition of SystemaStore is intended to strengthen Tietokeskus's presence in the northern Finnish market for SME and public sector IT systems.
SystemaStore is the first bolt-on for Vaaka's Tietokeskus since the Finnish small-to-mid-cap GP acquired the company in December 2016.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Oulu, SystemaStore is an IT equipment supplier.
It sells its products to both individuals and businesses.
