
Agilitas-backed Recover Nordic bolts on four firms
Recover Nordic, a damage control, emergency response and environmental service company backed by Agilitas Partners, has acquired Guja, Rena Avlopp, Kungsbacka and Serfix.
With the acquisitions, Recover Nordic increases its turnover by more than NOK 125m to a group revenue of NOK 1.8bn. The deals were made between January-May 2017 and aimed to strengthen the company's presence in the southern Sweden region.
With the support of Agilitas, Recover Nordic had already acquired Relita Industri och Skadeservice in March 2015, thereby entering the Swedish market.

Kungsbacka All & Spolservice (Kungsbacka) is a high-pressure cleaning company for sewage and building water systems in the industrial and residential sectors. The company is based in Fjärås, was founded in 1994 and employs approximately 10 people.
