
Agilitas's Reconor bolts on Lotra
Agilitas Private Equity portfolio company Reconor has acquired soil and construction waste recycling company Lotra.
Via the acquisition, Reconor will strengthen its presence in the Jutland region of Denmark.
The bolt-on acquisition comes two years after Agilitas acquired Reconor (then known as MH Gruppen) with capital drawn from its 2013 fund.

Lotra is a waste collector providing treatment and recycling of soil and construction waste. The company was founded by Lars Holger Hansen in 2000 and is based in Kolding.
