
Main Capital-backed Ymor acquires Avenida
Main Capital portfolio company Ymor has acquired Danish software analytics company Avenida for an undisclosed sum.
The combined group will generate revenues of €20m and targets an EBIT margin of 25%, according to a source close to the situation. It will employ 110 people and service around 200 clients.
Main Capital drew equity from its third fund, which closed on €60m in June 2014 and is now fully invested. The GP originally purchased a majority stake in Ymor in a buyout with 50% leverage arranged by Rabobank in September 2015.
With this acquisition, the group expands its operations to cover the Benelux, Nordic and DACH regions.

Avenida is an application monitoring software developer based in Copenhagen. It was founded in 2007 and its customer base comprises mainly Danish corporates as well as some international clients. It employs 20 people and generates revenues of €5m.
