
Equistone-backed Caseking bolts on Trigono
Berlin-based computer hardware retailer Caseking has acquired Sweden-based B2B software and hardware distributor Trigono, from financial holding company Bratt International.
The acquisition is intended to support Caseking's expansion in the Scandinavian market. Financial details were not disclosed.
Equistone acquired Caseking in March 2014 from German mid-market player Afinum, which had purchased the company in August 2010.
Caseking acquired UK-based hardware component supplier Overclockers in 2012, according to unquote" data.

Since 2005, Trigono has operated as an independent B2B provider of hardware products, software licences and maintenance services. In 2012, it began developing electronics retailers as a client segment, and now supplies to electronics outlets in the Scandinavian region.
The company is based in Landskrona, Sweden, and runs a subsidiary in Norway. It posted revenues of €12m in 2016.
