Triton-backed Akeab bolts on Kewab
Sweden-based Akeab, backed by Triton, has bolted on excavation services, civil works and power network services business Kewab.
Akeab and Kewab will become sister companies in an infrastructure services group owned by Triton and the management teams of the companies.
Triton acquired Akeab in June 2017 from Swedish investor Priveq's Investment Fund IV.

Founded in 1965 and headquartered in Karlstad, Sweden, Kewab provides excavation services, civil works and power network services. It is focused on customers in the Värmland region of western Sweden and the surrounding area. The company has 300 employees and offices in six locations.
