
FSN Capital's Bygghemma Group acquires WeGot
Bygghemma Group, a Malmö-based online retailer of DIY and building materials owned by FSN Capital, has acquired home furnishing retailer WeGot.
Financial details were not disclosed. WeGot will continue to operate as an independent entity within Bygghemma's interior design unit.
Bygghemma was acquired by Nordic private equity firm FSN in October 2016, via the GP's FSN Capital IV vehicle. It bought the business from Stockholm-based investment company Nordstjernan and invested alongside Bygghemma's management team in the newco. Nordstjernan held an 88% stake prior to selling.

Founded in 2010, WeGot operates via its webshop and through physical stores in Malmö and Gävle. It offers home furnishings and specialises in beds and sofas.
