
Castik-backed Alpega buys TenderEasy
Castik Capital portfolio company Alpega has acquired Swedish freight procurement software company TenderEasy.
The acquisition broadens Alpega's product portfolio and geographical reach with the addition of software brands Inet and Transwide.
Castik acquired Alpega (then Wolters Kluwer Transport Services) in a carve-out in June 2017 for a cash consideration of approximately €82m.

TenderEasy is a freight tendering software developer headquartered in Stockholm. It was founded in 2004 as a freight consultant and switched to developing software in 2012. It has offices in Stockholm, Hamburg and Dhaka.
