Triton-backed Glamox buys O Küttel
Triton Partners-backed Norwegian lighting company Glamox has acquired Switzerland-based O Küttel.
The acquisition will be used as a platform for Glamox to enter the Swiss lighting market.
Triton acquired Glamox in September 2017, drawing equity from the €3.3bn Triton Fund IV, which held a final close in May 2013 and was 70% invested by July 2017.
O Küttel employs 60 people and generated revenues of CHF 20m (€17m) in 2017. Glamox employs 1,300 people and reported sales of NOK 2.2bn (€262m) in 2016.
