Currently, the CEO of DGC, Jörgen Qwist, has now been appointed as group CEO, while Candidator CEO Johan de Verdier continues as head of the company with a focus on business development and M&A for the newly merged group.
Company
Stockholm-headquartered DGC was acquired in June 2017. Meanwhile, Candidator, based in Alingsås, was bought in January 2018. EQT used capital from its EQT Mid Market Europe Fund for the acquisitions.
