
Agilitas completes four bolt-ons for Recover Nordic
Agilitas has completed four bolt-ons for its portfolio company Recover Nordic.
It acquired Sydslam, a Denmark-based provider of environmental services and industrial cleaning; Brd Grønnerud, a Norway-based provider of environmental services; Hallingdal Skade og Vedlikehold, a Norway-based damage control firm; and WD Kuivaus, a Finland-based damage control firm.
It has now completed 14 add-ons for the group since acquiring it in 2013.

In 2013, Agilitas Private Equity acquired ISS Skadeservice, the Norwegian, Danish and Finnish damage control activities of ISS, in three simultaneous carve-outs. The businesses were merged and subsequently rebranded Recover Nordic Group. Following its latest batch of bolt-ons, the group will have 1,700 staff in 80 locations in the Nordic region. Its revenues will climb by NOK 150m to NOK 2.3bn.
