Agilitas-backed Recover Nordic acquires JK Kloakservice
Recover Nordic Group, a provider of damage control services, emergency response and environmental services backed by Agilitas Private Equity, has acquired sewage disposal services firm JK Kloakservice.
The latest deal is the 15th bolt-on since Agilitas originally backed Recover Nordic.
JK Kloakservice will work alongside Recover Nordic's existing damage control and environmental services business in Denmark, expanding the environmental services offering of the group.
In 2013, Agilitas acquired ISS Skadeservice, the Norwegian, Danish and Finnish damage control activities of ISS, in three simultaneous carve-outs. The businesses were merged and subsequently rebranded Recover Nordic Group.
The acquisition is expected to expand annual revenue to around NOK 2.4bn. The combined group employs 1,700 employees across 80 locations in the Nordic countries.
Company
Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Mørkøv, JK Kloakservice is a sewage disposal service provider with a staff of 30.
