Adelis-backed Søgemedier buys MarkkinointiAkatemia
Adelis Equity Partners portfolio company Søgemedier has acquired a majority stake in Finnish digital marketing company Markkinointiakatemia.
The acquisition was funded by a combination of debt and re-subscription from the group's shareholders, not including Adelis.
It is the fifth bolt-on the group has made since the acquisition of Søgemedier in February 2018, bringing total sales to approximately DKK 200m, Unquote understands. Equity for the initial transaction was drawn from Adelis Equity Fund I.
Adelis has expanded Søgemedier across the Nordic region since acquiring the Aarhus-based company and bolting on Stockholm-headquartered Defiso Media in June 2018.
