Triton-backed Ramudden buys LKJ-Palvelut
Triton Partners' Swedish road construction safety business Ramudden has acquired Finnish competitor LKJ-Palvelut.
Ramudden employed 32 people in Finland prior to the transaction, where it generated sales of €4.8m in 2017. LKJ-Palvelut also generated €4.8m sales in 2017, and all 44 of its employees will transfer to Ramudden.
Triton acquired Ramudden in a secondary buyout from IK Investment Partners in December 2017. At the time of the acquisition, the company employed 450 people and generated revenues of €70m across the whole group.

LKJ-Palvelut was founded in 2011 and is based in Helsinki and Lahti, Finland. The company provides temporary traffic arrangement services for construction. It generated €4.8m sales in 2017, of which 45% came from services, 45% from hiring and the remaining 10% from product sales.
