
Intera invests in Porvoon Huoltomiehet
Finnish buyout firm Intera Partners has invested in Porvoon Huoltomiehet Group, a Finland-based provider of property maintenance services.
Intera is currently investing from its third fund, a €250m vehicle that targets investments in Finnish companies with an enterprise value of €20-80m.
Under its new ownership model, Porvoon Huoltomiehet will undertake a nationwide acquisitive growth strategy as it aims to increase its revenues from around €40m to around €100m.
