Agilitas-backed Danoffice buys Datacon
Agilitas-backed IT service Danoffice has acquired domestic competitor Datacon Enterprise Solutions.
It is the first add-on for Danoffice since Agilitas acquired the firm in November 2017.
Agilitas said the merger will strengthen the firm's services to the United Nations and NGO customer base, and help to grow the corporate platform.

Datacon was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Allerød, Denmark. It generated profit before financial items of DKK 6.8m from sales of DKK 332m in the financial year ending 30 June 2018.
