Agilitas-backed Recover Nordic buys L&T Korjausrakentaminen

The company employs 350 people and will now operate under the name Recover Nordic Korjausrakentaminen Oy.

It is the 17th add-on for Recover Nordic since Agilitas backed the buyout of the group in 2013. The group's revenues are now in the region of NOK 2.5bn and it has 1,800 employee across 85 locations in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.

L&T Korjausrakentaminen is the environmental services business of Finnish listed business Lassila & Tikanoja, an industrial services firm with a sustainability focus. The wider group employs 8,600 people.
