
PE-backed Touchpoint acquires Domino Workwear in Finland
Taaleri-backed workwear company Touchpoint has acquired Domino Workwear in Finland.
The acquisition comes nearly two years after the Finnish GP Taaleri Private Equity Funds invested in Touchpoint from its Taaleri Circular Economy Private Equity Fund, which was launched in March 2016 and raised a total of €40m.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Through the acquisition, Touchpoint – which was founded in 2008 and also manufactures workwear – plans to offer its products to a wider range of businesses.
The combined entity will be headed by Touchpoint CEO Outi Luukko and is expected to have revenues of €15m for 2019 and 20 staff.

Founded in Tampere in 2006, Domino manufactures workwear for medium-sized and large companies in the manufacturing, retail and healthcare sectors. The company manufactures roughly 700,000 pieces of clothing a year and employs seven people.
