Triton-backed Assemblin acquires Örestadskyl
Assemblin, the Swedish installation services group formerly known as Imtech Nordic and backed byТ Triton Partners, has acquired Sweden-basedТ Уrestadskyl.
The acquisition further strengthens Assemblin's cooling technology operations.
Triton Partners, via Triton Fund IV, acquired the Nordic division of the now defunct Dutch company Royal Imtech in 2015 from Waterval. The company offers electrical, heating, plumbing, ventilation and air-conditioning services, and has operations in Sweden, Norway and Finland. It has annual sales of SEK 9.7bn and approximately 5,900 employees at 100 locations.
During the GP's holding period, Assemblin has also acquired Swedish installation company Delta and Skanska Installation from Skanska Sverige.
Company
Founded in 1995, Örestadskyl provides cooling, chilling and heat pump technology, and energy reclamation expertise to mainly property companies in Sweden. The company has offices in Malmö and Löddeköpinge, and works primarily with construction, installation, service, coolant management and energy savings projects. Its annual sales total roughly SEK 30m and it employs nine people.
