Altor-backed ARC bolts on Swedish firm Cupole
Altor-backed company Arise Consultants Group (ARC) has acquired Swedish management consultancy Cupole.
The deal comes after the Swedish GP's acquisition of management consulting firm Curamando in December 2019, and the creation of new entity ARC, consisting of Curamando alongside digital marketing specialists Kurppa Hosk, Animal and Keybroker, and digital conversion expert Conversionista.
Cupole will continue to operate as its own company, and will keep its name. Cupole's partners will become shareholders in ARC, together with the investment company, Altor, which joined the group last December.
With the deal, the company will strengthen its strategic capacity and improve its offering of digital marketing and management consultancy services.
Company
Founded in 2010 and based in Stockholm, Cupole is a management consultancy. In 2019, it generated revenues of SEK 89m (€7.8m) and employs around 50 staff.
