
EQT-backed Recover bolts-on SWE Skadeteknikgruppen
EQT-backed Recover has acquired Swedish company SWE Skadeteknikgruppen.
The deal is Recover's 23rd acquisition since it was established six years ago, and the third since being acquired by EQT in December 2019.
The company has more than 2,400 employees in more than 100 offices throughout the Nordic region, and annual sales of around SEK 1bn.
Following deal completion, SWE Skadeteknikgruppen will change its name to Recover at the start of 2021.
