
Priveq invests in CSAM Health
Priveq has invested in CSAM Health, a provider of software to healthcare companies in Norway and Sweden.
The investment was made via Priveq Investment Fund IV and will be used to support the company's continued expansion.
Following the deal, the company's founders and management will retain a majority interest in the company.

Headquartered in Oslo, CSAM offers software to healthcare providers in Norway, Sweden and the UK, with a focus on oncology and maternity treatment areas.
The company was founded in 2007 by current CEO Sverr Flatby. Since inception, CSAM has grown organically and through acquisitions. The company posted sales of NOK 84m in 2012. CSAM employs 70 people.

Sverr Flatby is CEO of CSAM, while Ansgar Gabrielsen is chairman. Louise Nilsson is partner and investment manager at Priveq.
