
Polaris-backed Alliance+ acquires Århus
Polaris Private Equity’s portfolio company Alliance+ has acquired Århus Total Rengøring as part of its planned expansion in to the Jutland region.
The investor has not provided additional funding for the company in conjunction with the acquisition. Alliance+ is aiming to gain significant presence in all important Danish regions.
Århus Total Rengøring is a cleaning service provider in the Jutland region of Denmark. It employs approximately 200 and was founded in 1984. Polaris Private Equity bought and merged Kølving & Thaning and Alliance Clean & Care to form Alliance+ in May 2009.
Following the acquisition of Århus Total Renøring, Alliance+ annual revenue exceeds DKK 500m. The company intends to expand internationally in two or three neighbouring countries.
