
3i-backed OneMed acquires Bosman Medical Devices
3i has provided financing for the acquisition of Bosman Medical Devices by the GP’s Swedish medical devices portfolio company, OneMed.
Netherlands-based Bosman will be carved out of its parent, Meduon Group, and is expected to complement OneMed's product range, as well as improve the international competitiveness of both businesses.
Company
Founded in the early 20th century, Eindhoven-based Bosman manufactures diabetes, wounds, ostomy and continence care materials.
The company has a turnover of around €50m and employs 200 people.

Robert van Roermund is the CEO of Bosman Medical Devices and Peter Gustafsson is the commercial director of OneMed.
