
Norvestor's Apsis picks up ProspectEye
Email marketing business Apsis Group, owned by Norvestor, has acquired ProspectEye.
The investment was made via the Norvestor V fund, the same fund that acquired Apsis in September 2010.
Company
Apsis was established in 2001 and provides software services for permission-based email marketing. Its main product Apsis Pro is used by more than 6,000 SMEs and large corporates in 40 countries. The software enables users to create, sent and track email campaigns, enabling customers to better focus the content of their email marketing.
The company is headquartered in Malmö, with further offices in Norway, Denmark, Finland, Turkey, Poland and Hong Kong. Apsis employs 158 people and in 2012 recorded sales of SEK 169m.
ProspectEye was founded in 2007 and provides lead management and lead generation services to more than 400 customers in the Nordic region. The company employs 20 people in its offices in Malmö and Stockholm.
The newly combined entity expects to generate revenues of more than SEK 250m in 2014.
