Viking Venture takes 49% stake in Din ERP
Norwegian VC Viking Venture has acquired a 49% stake in Trondheim-based enterprise software business Din ERP (DERP).
The investment is Viking Venture's first in 2016 and was made with the goal of supporting DERP's development into a substantial player in the European enterprise resource planning software market.
Founders Yngve Tronstad, Roy Ugedal and Dagfinn Stave will retain the balance of shares following the deal.

Din ERP is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software company based in Trondheim, Norway. The company provides front-end software products for ERP teams in small and medium-sized companies.
DERP had revenues of NOK 30m in 2015.
