GP Bullhound opens Madrid office
Corporate finance house and investor GP Bullhound has announced the opening of a new office in Madrid.
The office expansion is in response to a growing need for technology advisory services in Spain, the adviser said.
London-based GP Bullhound specialises in technology investments and advised on the sale of The Cocktail to Wunderman in Spain earlier this year. It also invested in two Spanish mobile internet companies, Wallapop and JobAndTalent.
Founded in 1999, the firm also operates offices in London, San Francisco, Stockholm, Berlin, Manchester, Paris and Hong Kong.
GP Bullhound recently provided corporate finance advice to Invus, which invested $48m in UK-based enterprise software company Bizagi in exchange for a minority stake in September 2017.
