AnaCap credit fund invests in €4bn loan portfolio

It is the first investment from AnaCap Credit Opportunities Fund IV, which held a first close in November.

AnaCap said it has a long-standing relationship with the bank in question and completed a similar transaction in conjunction with it from AnaCap Credit Opportunities Fund III, a €595m fund that closed in June 2016.

The firm's most recent private equity fund held a final close on €850m in February 2017 and was 42% deployed by the end of 2017, according to Unquote Data.
