Ambienta in €17m capital increase for ICQ Holding
Dedicated environmental investor Ambienta SGR will invest €17m in renewable energy developer ICQ Holding in a capital increase, through its fund Ambienta I Rinnovabili (A1R).
ICQ Holding is a developer of projects in renewable energy and energy savings. The capital increase will provide ICQ with the necessary financial resources in order to expand and consolidate the company's growth plans in renewable sources.
