CAPE-backed Chromavis acquires Durlin France
Cimino e Associati Private Equity (CAPE)-backed B2B cosmetics company Chromavis has wholly acquired Durlin France from de Bergerac NC (which is in turn state-owned via the Societe Nationale des Poudres et Explosives).
The company develops and manufactures nail polishes and nail treatment products. Durlin France also holds a 56% stake in Durlin East Europe and 49% stake in Durlin Asia. The company with two facilities in France and one in Poland, reported a €17m turnover.
Following the acquisition, the aggregate turnover of Chromavis for 2010 is projected at €85m with an EBITDA of about €15m.
