Atlas Capital completes second investment
Madrid-based Atlas Capital has completed the second investment from its inaugural fund, committing €6m of growth capital to back the Spanish audiovisual services firm Uveauve.
The investment is aimed at reinforcing the company's capital base, allowing it to continue on its high-growth track. Immediate priorities will be to help fund Uveauve's international expansion plans and to invest in new production and broadcast technologies.
Based in Granada, but with its main operational HQ in Leganés, Madrid, Uveauve is a specialist provider of outsourced services to the media and broadcast industries. Its principal businesses are in live broadcasting, via mobile units, and the provision of production services from the group's own studios in Leganés. It also runs Uvelive, a media and news agency, and Uvetech, a broadcast engineering support unit.
