Vista Capital and Atitlán Capital in talks with Ribera Salud
Vista Capital and Atitlán Capital are in talks to invest in a Valencia-based provider of health care services Ribera Salud, according to local press reports.
The investment in Ribera Salud, now owned by Spanish banks Caja Mediterráneo (CAM) and Bancaja, would be carried out through a capital increase that could give them a third of shareholders, diluting the participation of CAM and Bancaja and strengthening of its industrial holdings.
Founded in 1997, Ribera Salud is present in Valencia and in Madrid. The business needs a new partner to expand and support the cost of construction of several health centres.
