
Corpfin sells Logiters for €85m
Spanish buyout house Corpfin Capital has sold its stake in Spanish contract logistics operator Logiters for €85m to French listed competitor ID Logistics.
The transaction price was entirely paid in cash. As part of the deal, ID Logistics fully acquired the business.
Following the acquisition, the company intends to use the capital injection to expand geographically across Europe.
Previous funding
Corpfin acquired the business – formerly known as FCC Logística – from FCC for €32m in 2014. The GP invested via its €255m fourth fund, Corpfin Capital Fund IV.

The business manages 50 warehouses, employs 3,300 people and generated a turnover of €250m in 2015.
