
Inveready leads €1.5m round for Tviso
Venture capital firm Inveready has led a €1.5m funding round for Spanish online audio and video streaming platform Tviso.
As part of the deal, Spanish venture capital house Cabiedes & Partners and compatriot investment firm Evolvia also invested in the funding round. Financial details for the transaction remain undisclosed.
Following the transaction, the targeted company aims to use the fresh capital to expand internationally, starting in the UK and subsequently in the US. Moreover, the management team intends to launch a proprietary application for both iOS and Android operating systems.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Tviso manages an online platform focused on Spanish audio and video content streaming. It claims to have 1.1 million users.
According to local press reports, the company generated €400,000 in revenues in 2015 and employs 14 people.
