Omnes Capital leads €4m series-B for 360Imprimir
French private equity house Omnes Capital has led a €4m series-B round for Portuguese startup 360Imprimir alongside Porto-based venture capital fund Pathena.
The deal is the first investment in Portugal for the French GP, which led the funding round alongside its IT-focused peer and existing shareholder Pathena.
According to a statement, the company aims to use the fresh capital to boost its presence in Brazil and Mexico, as well as bolster its product offering across new categories, develop a version of its platform suitable for mobile devices and expand its team.
Omnes currently has €640m of assets under management and recently held a final close for its mid-cap fund Omnes Croissance 4 on €210m. Launched in late 2013, the vehicle hit its hard-cap after two and a half years on the road.
Previous funding
In December 2014, Portuguese venture capital fund manager Shilling Capital Partners led a €250,000 funding round for the business.
More recently, Pathena led a €3m series-A round for the business in August 2016.
Company
Founded in 2013 and based in Lisbon, 360Imprimir develops an online marketplace for both physical and digital marketing products, including leaflets, posters, flyers and cards. It mainly targets companies based in Spain, Portugal, Brazil and Mexico.
According to a statement, the company generated €6m in revenues in 2016 and employs 120 people.
