
Corpfin Capital acquires majority stake in Kids&Us
Corpfin Capital has acquired a majority stake in Spain-based language academy Kids&Us.
The investor aims to boost the company's presence in Spain and continue with international expansion. Company founders Quim Serracanta and Natàlia Perarnau will remain as shareholders and directors.
The expansion plan foresees the opening of more than 200 centres in markets where the company is already established, as well as accessing new markets in Europe, South America and Asia. The group targets €21m in revenues in 2017.

Kids&Us was founded in 2003 as an English academy for young children by English teacher Natàlia Perarnau. It started to roll out its franchise model in 2008 and currently serves 376 franchised centres in seven countries – 319 in Spain and 37 internationally. Kids&Us has also been present in various international markets since 2011, including in Italy, Belgium, France, Mexico, Morocco and the Czech Republic, through master franchise agreements.
