
Insight Venture leads $20m round for CoreView
Insight Venture Partners has led a $20m funding round for CoreView, an Italian provider of Office 365 management tools.
Following the deal, David Moran will be appointed CEO to lead the business in its new phase of growth, while founders David Mascarella and Ivan Fioravanti will work as chief global strategist and CTO, respectively.
With the fresh capital, CoreView intends to expand further internationally, deepen its offering in the Office365 ecosystem and develop new solutions for hybrid and other cloud environments.

Founded in 2014 and based in Peschiera Borromeo, near Milan, CoreView provides a suite of Office 365 management tools, including virtual tenant segmentation and administration, cost analytics and licence optimisation, usage reporting, security alerts and compliance auditing. The company has customers in Europe and the US.
CoreView, which is a subsidiary of Milan-based 4ward, was formerly known as 4ward 365 and recently rebranded to CoreView.
