Falcon Private Holdings has acquired a controlling stake in Spanish ceramic tiles producer Halcón Cerámicas from the Montalbo and Vicent families, who retained a minority holding.

Banco Santander and CaixaBank provided debt financing to support the transaction.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to increase its production capabilities, invest in sales and marketing, and bolster its expansion, especially into international markets.
