Indaco, Airbridge lead €3m series-A for Travel Appeal
Italian venture capital house Indaco Ventures and Dutch GP Airbridge Equity Partners have led a €3m series-A funding round for Travel Appeal.
Indaco Ventures deployed capital from its first fund, which was launched in April 2018 with a €250m hard-cap and has so far collected €133m.
The GP was recently founded by a team of five managers composed of CEO Davide Turco, executive vice-president Elizabeth Robinson and investment directors Antonella Beltrame, Alvise Bonivento and Valentina Bocca. The management team owns 51% of the firm, while Fondazione Cariplo and Intesa Sanpaolo control the remaining 49%.
Travel Appeal will use the fresh capital raised to invest in the development of its technology platform and to accelerate its internationalisation process in Europe and the Middle East.
