TA Associates backs List
TA Associates has acquired a stake in Italy-based List, a developer of software for the financial industry.
Following the deal, TA Associates managing directors Morgan Seigler and Naveen Wadhera, and vice-president Stefan Dandl will join the company's board to support the management team in this new phase of expansion.
