Ardian-backed F2A bolts on Archimede HR

Following the deal, the company's founder and CEO Aldo Pascucci will be appointed as new service development officer of F2A.

Ardian bought a majority stake in F2A from Argos Soditic in February 2016, while the management retained the remaining minority holding. The SBO was partially financed with a debt package provided by BPM, Unicredit and Cariparma-Crédit Agricole.

The company's clients base includes Microsoft, AGIC Technology, RTI Mediaset, Poste Italiane, AdnKronos, Musei Vaticani and Aeroporti di Venezia. Archimede HR generated revenues of around €1m in 2017.
