Ardian-backed F2A bolts on Archimede HR
Italian HR and administration services provider F2A FIS-Antex Group (F2A), a portfolio company of Ardian, has acquired workforce management software specialist Archimede HR.
Following the deal, the company's founder and CEO Aldo Pascucci will be appointed as new service development officer of F2A.
Ardian bought a majority stake in F2A from Argos Soditic in February 2016, while the management retained the remaining minority holding. The SBO was partially financed with a debt package provided by BPM, Unicredit and Cariparma-Crédit Agricole.

Perugia-headquartered Archimede HR develops software for workforce management and human resources. The company's clients base includes Microsoft, AGIC Technology, RTI Mediaset, Poste Italiane, AdnKronos, Musei Vaticani and Aeroporti di Venezia. Archimede HR generated revenues of around €1m in 2017.
