StarTIP leads €44m funding round for Talent Garden
Tamburi Investment Partners' StarTIP has led a €44m funding round for Milan-headquartered startup Talent Garden.
Italian VC houses Indaco Ventures and Club degli Investitori, as well as US-based VC firm Social Capital, also participated in the investment.
In addition, several European family offices took part in the round, including the Angelini, D'Amico, Dompè, Drago, Foglia, Ginatta, Holland, Luti, Monti, Pittini and Rovati family offices.
The round includes both equity and debt financing.
Previous funding
Talent Garden raised a €12m funding round led by Tamburi with participation from US-based VC houses Endeavor Catalyst and 500 Startups in November 2016.
Company
Founded in Brescia in 2011 and headquartered in Milan, Talent Garden operates a network of campuses across Europe for technology communities. Each campus is equipped with smart co-working spaces, labs, digital innovation areas, relaxation rooms, cafes, event spaces, meeting rooms and classrooms.
The company manages 23 campuses based in 19 cities across eight countries (Albania, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Romania and Spain) hosting freelancers, companies and large corporations. Talent Garden has established partnerships with Italian banks, institutions, innovation platforms and international corporations, including Google, Cisco, BMW, Fondazione Agnelli, Raiffeisen Bank International, Startup300, Rainmaking, Mini and Dublin City University.
