Progressio buys minority stake in Assist Digital
Progressio has acquired a 30% stake in Assist Digital, an Italian company specialising in customer relationship management (CRM).
Assist Digital executive chair Enrico Donati, CEO Francesca Gabrielli and general manager Franco Fradiani will stay on with the business and keep their current roles.
The GP has deployed capital from Progressio Investimenti III, which held a final close on its €250m hard-cap in July 2019. Following this deal, the fund will be more than 60% deployed.
Progressio intends to support Assist Digital in consolidating its market position, boosting its international expansion and further enlarging its customer base, while considering external growth opportunities.

Established in 1996 and headquartered in Milan, Assist Digital is a CRM provider that offers business process outsourcing services.
The company employs 500 consultants, designers and engineers across 15 offices and contact centres in Europe, and generates annual turnover of around €100m.
