
NB Aurora buys 30% stake in Veneta Cucine
NB Aurora has acquired a 30% stake in Italian kitchen manufacturer Veneta Cucine.
The firm plans to boost Veneta Cucine's growth, consolidate its market position and further bolster its expansion in new and existing geographies, including the US. The GP also intends to support the business in the opening of new mono-brand stores.
NB Aurora has deployed €230m across eight investments to date. The firm acquires minority stakes in Italian SMEs that are export-orientated, operating in niche markets with high-growth potential, and generating revenues of €30-300m.

Established in 1967 and headquartered in Roncade, near Treviso, Veneta Cucine specialises in designing and manufacturing kitchens and furniture.
Employing 600 staff, the company operates six production facilities and sells its products in 300 mono-brand stores, and through 700 retailers across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
Veneta Cucine generated revenues of €220m in 2020.
