Collins Capital buys 40% of Energy House
Spanish venture capital firm Collins Capital de Desarrollo has bought a 40% stake in energy and gas supplier Energy House.
According to press reports, the company expects to increase its revenues by 50% in 2016.
Collins was founded in November 2015, with Energy House marking its maiden transaction. To date, the GP has raised commitments totalling €10m and has a €15m target. Its first vehicle focuses on Spanish SMEs.

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Barcelona, Energy House is an industrial electricity and gas supplier. The business generated a turnover of €1m in 2015 and employs 20 people across its offices in Barcelona and Madrid.
