Goodwin promotes Luxembourg specialist in London funds practice
Law firm Goodwin has promoted Alexandrine Armstrong-Cerfontaine to partner in its London-based private equity and funds practice, citing increased demand for Luxembourg-related advice.
Armstrong-Cerfontaine focuses on fund formation and transactions, advising private equity sponsors. She also has a general experience in syndicated financings and a particular experience in fund financing, according to Goodwin.
Prior to becoming partner, Armstrong-Cerfontaine was a consultant in the London office. Prior to that, she was managing partner at King & Wood Mallesons' Luxembourg office. She also has experience at Allen & Overy.
Goodwin said in a statement that the partner promotion would meet "increasing client mandates for complex Luxembourg legal advice on both inbound and outbound cross-border transactions".
