Volpi appoints Zejermann

Pan-European lower-mid-market firm Volpi Capital has appointed Markus Zejermann as an investment professional.
Zejermann will lead the sourcing and execution of deals across Europe at Volpi. He will also advise and support portfolio companies in their buy-and-build and international expansion strategies.
Zejermann joins from his position as principal at L-Gam Advisers, where he focused on origination, due diligence and execution of mid-market transaction. Previously, he worked at The Gores Group in the portfolio operations team and at Bain & Company on the private equity consultancy team.
This is Volpi's third appointment this year, after Erik Berggren joined in March and Joerg Klasmeyer joined in June. The firm was founded in 2015 and closed its debut fund, Volpi Capital Fund I, on €185m in April 2018. It registered its latest fund, Volpi Capital Fund II, in October 2018.
