
Perwyn appoints investment manager from Omers
Growth equity investor Perwyn has hired Maxime Menu as an investment manager in its private equity team.
Menu joins from Omers Private Equity, where he worked as a senior associate.
His experience includes working on majority buyouts with target equity investments of around USD 300m-600m. Menu has worked on transactions across Europe, with a particular focus on the UK, France and Benelux. While at Omers, he was also tasked with origination and execution in the software and healthcare sectors across Europe.
Menu started his career in investment banking at Lazard, in the healthcare M&A team, where he advised Skyepharma on its GBP 1bn all-share merger with Vectura. Subsequently, as part of the restructuring team, Maxime advised on the USD 2.5bn capital restructuring of Danaos Shipping Company.
