Perwyn hires new head of capital formation from Greenhill

UK-based evergreen investor Perwyn has appointed Andrew Harrison as a partner and its new head of capital formation.
With 20 years of experience in managing global relationships and international networks, Harrison is set to help manage and grow Perwyn’s capital base, according to a statement.
He will be joining the firm from investment bank Greenhill, where he previously served as managing director and head of EMEA private capital advisory, it said. In this role, he drove institutional investor coverage, business development and deal origination.
Prior to his tenure at Greenhill, he served as head of investor relations at Silverfleet Capital Partners, where he developed and oversaw the firm's investor base while serving as a member of the investment, portfolio monitoring and the ESG and valuation committees. Earlier in his career, he held the position of head of origination and due diligence, EMEA and APAC, at Credit Suisse’s private funds investment banking group, where he was responsible for establishing new general partner relationships and advising on deals totalling in excess of USD 18.5bn.
Perwyn has made several new hires over the last year and a half, particularly to strengthen its Paris office after its launch in 2021. It marked its first senior hire in France with former Ardian head of France Mathieu Antonini in September 2022. It further bolstered its French team in February 2023 with Stéphane Gaudard, who joined the firm as an investment manager.
