
Maven backs Applied Language Solutions with £1.4m
As a joint manager for the government-backed Capital for Enterprise Funds (CfE Fund) Maven Capital Partners has invested £1.4m in language service provider Applied Language Solutions.
The company was founded in 2003 and provides translations, proof reading and interpreting services. It employs more than 100 staff in its 11 offices in nine countries. In 2009, global sales revenues reached £6.2m.
Maven Capital Partners is one of two GPs appointed in 2009 to manage the two £30m CfE Funds to support SMES in the UK.
